Prices of agricultural land average between 2000€ & 3000€ / ha depending on soil quality and other factors.

Annual tax on rural land (forests and farmland) is approximately 10€ /ha.

Notary Fees + Taxes = 1% to 2% of the transaction amount (varriable according to amount).
